Rightmove Chief Financial Officer Alison Dolan will join Marks and Spencer Group Board as Chief Financial Officer.
Alison will take over from interim CFO Jeremy Townsend who will remain in post as planned until May 2025.
Alison was CFO at Rightmove from Sept 2020 and before that she has previous finance, strategy, and transformation roles at News UK and Sky where she started as Finance Director in 2009. Alison is also a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Pearson plc and a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees.
