Waitrose opens GAIL’s bakery in store

Following the success of GAIL’s range sold in Waitrose shops and on Waitrose.com the supermarket is to open it’s first GAIL’s instore bakery.
The first bakery will open 6 June 2024 in Waitrose’s Canary Wharf store and comes a year on from the introduction of dedicated GAIL’s bakery areas within 64 Waitrose stores.

The bakery is being built in GAIL’s unique style and will be 280 sq ft in size. The first of its kind, Waitrose Canary Wharf customers will be able to shop a range of breads, baked goods and speciality coffee all freshly prepared on site.

In addition to takeaway options, customers will be able to order through GAIL’s click and collect service, and it will also offer home and office delivery for its sharing ranges.
